St Lucia Tennis Association to Host Easter Tennis Clash 2022

Register for the tournament today, categories include 10 & under red ball and green ball, 12, 14 &  16 and & under,  Open and senior men and women. 

The St. Lucia Tennis Association is set to host its second annual tennis tournament for this year, brought to you by The Oliver Gobat Sports Fund (TOGS) in collaboration with the Board of the Directors of the Assocaiton and the Corner Boutique and Café. The Event caters for all categories starting from 10 & under green ball, under 12s, under 14s, under 16s, way open and senior. The Easter Tennis Clash will commence daily from 8:00am at the National Tennis Centre in Beausejour, from the 8th - 11th April, 2022.

This tournament is the one of the most prestigious local tennis events hosted every year and players look forward to competing for the championships in their respective categories. Defending Champions Aaron Gerald and Iyana Paul will both defend their titles in the men's and women's open category. Senior men's champion and Coach, Glenton Evans will also be defending his title.

Clubs/Academies competing in this event are VL International coached by Vernon Lewis, Blanchard's Tennis Academy head coaches Ron & Earl Blanchard; Tigers Inflow Tennis Academy head coach Sirsean Arlain, Acers Tennis Academy head coach Scyla Murray, and, Southern Amateur Tennis Club head coaches Leroy Montoute and Jesse Fontallio and Tonis Tennis Academy coached by Anthony Biscette. All coaches are preparing their athletes for this prestigious event.

The St. Lucia Tennis Association invites the public to be a part of the Easter Tennis Clash with us and a part of every athlete's journey in this event and tennis life. Admission is free, come support and do not forget to adhere to Covid19 protocols for the safety of us all.
