SELENE KENTISH UNBEATABLE RUN TO VICTORY

Female Champion of the St. Lucia SR4 U16 Tennis Tournament 

Celebrations are on the way as Antiguan star Selene Kentish seizes the girls title of the St. Lucia SR4 U16 Tennis Championship. Kentish was unbeatable from start to finish maintaining her no. 1 position in the main draw.

Kentish won all her matches in straight sets beginning with Alysa Elliott 6-2 6-2, then went on to defeat Aviona Edmund 6-1 6-3. Local ranked #1 player Jorja Mederick also got a taste of Kentish's wrath taking a fall at 6-1 6-0. Her final match was against Alannah Bousquet where Bousquet was conquered in less than an hour with the score of 6-1 6-0. 

Kentish was announced Champion of the girls category where she was presented with her awards and also was granted a wild card into the main draw of the St. Lucia ITF Junior Tennis Tournament 2019.
